Welcome to Beijing and Biocuration 2015!
More than 270 participants gathered in Beijing for the 8th International Biocuration Conference on 23-26 April 2015.
Hosted by Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences as well as several partner institutions, this conference provided a forum for curators and developers of biological databases to discuss their work, promote collaboration and foster a sense of community in this very active and growing area of research. The 9th International Biocuration Conference will be organized by the SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics and held on 10-14 April 2016 at Geneva, Switzerland.
GPB Best Poster Awards
Six poster presentations were awarded with the GPB Best Poster Awards, which were made by a generous contribution from GPB (Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics), an open-access journal indexed by PubMed/Medline.
